Glucose and Me is a Health Advocacy agency that provides support and advocacy services to help families improve their quality of life with plant-based nutrition, information on current trends in Type 2 Diabetes treatments, and linkages to other partners and provider services in their communities. The agency provides up-to-date information on preventive methods and services to families, such as teaching the value of healthy eating, providing support groups for diabetics and other chronic health diseases and disorders.
